Greystone West Company Inc. announces leadership transition
The Northern California construction management firm welcomes a new generation of leaders
(Sonoma, Calif.) – Greystone West Company Inc. (Greystone), a leading Northern California program and construction management firm, today announced a transition in leadership that marks a new chapter in the firm’s longstanding history.
After 29 years of dedicated service to clients, founder and principal Todd Lee will step away from day-to-day responsibilities and will assume the title of principal emeritus. Todd will continue to be involved in the firm, providing estimating support and staff guidance.
As part of this transition, Greystone West is proud to announce the promotion of Damien Lee to principal. Damien began his career with Greystone West Company 21 years ago as a project engineer. For the past five years, he has served as the firm’s chief financial officer while also maintaining a senior program and project management role. He brings expertise in working with government and public agencies, with a specialized focus on public education projects.
Greystone West has also appointed two long-time program executives to its leadership team:
Jason Cave and John Dilena. Both are stepping into vice president roles, bringing extensive experience in program and project management, leadership, and strategy to support the firm and its clients. With a combined 32 years at the firm, their promotions further solidify their reputations as cornerstones at Greystone West.
The newly appointed leaders will continue to serve clients while assuming additional staff management, business development and strategic planning responsibilities for the firm.
