Larkspur-Corte Madera School District
The first phase of the Neil Cummins Elementary Modernization project was completed in 2013. The project was constructed concurrently with Hall Middle School Modernization under a Lease-Leaseback project delivery system. The second modernization phase was completed in 2015.
